Most life and executive coaching only emphasise achieving ‘goals’ and ‘objectives’. But Life is much more than this.

My Strategic Coaching programme encompasses both the journey and objectives. It takes you on your journey towards your life aspirations with conscious awareness.

Unpredictability of life

"When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not yet ready. The challenge will not wait. Life does not look back."  Paulo Coelho

Outcomes in life can be unpredictable or even unknown. At times the end result can take on a very different form than what we had envisaged in our personal life, business or career. Circumstances and situations change. Events unfold. Life ebbs and flows. In fact we experience many unravelling of events traversing towards 'intended' outcome(s). It's what life is!

Sign posts

If we are focused on a plan or an outcome when all the signs show that we should reconsider or change tack and we don’t, it could lead to frustration, disappointment maybe anger and resentment. We may blame everything and everyone. In truth we only have ourselves to blame.

We need to aspire and be inspired. Purpose, passion and focus are essential ingredients in living our life and moving towards our life objectives. And to understand the meaning behind our motives. But we also have to navigate through the terrain, to understand the mapping of our direction in life.

Journey plus objectives and goals

The process is not just about achieving goals in life. It’s also about the journeying along our path. How do we engage with creation and ourselves along the way. It’s also a journey of personal unfoldment and re-discovery with conscious awareness.

In search of meaning

As individuals, we all have varying and descriptive roles in our lives which evolve through  phases. Whatever 'label' we assign ourselves, we will experience change and challenges through periods of transitioning.

At times we may require objective, unprejudiced, non-judgemental, encouraging mirroring, leading to self realisation of purpose and meaning whilst journeying along our paths.

Radical Self-Inspection

The desire to have clarity and meaning in our lives, to understand our state(s) often begins with an inner dialogue. It requires an honest and radical self inspection. If we do this with sincerity and from a perspective of 'that I don't know' then doors will open, for us to pass through.

We only have a short time, how short no one knows, to awaken to both our inner and outer potential, to live an exuberant life and enjoy its wondrous manifestations; opportunities to explore the adjacent possibilities on this tiny speck we call earth, in the vastness of space.
