Feelings such as uncertainty, worry, concern and anxiousness are wonderful!
These are ‘wake-up calls’, signs, catalysts for movement and change. Just as physical pain is a sign which we need to address so are the emotional ’discomforts’.
To understand why these feelings emerge is key. The way we reference and give value to situations/circumstances and emotions creates 'imagery' within ourselves and emenate from our past experiences.
We can either begin to understand the symptoms, comprehend the meaning and embrace such emotions, be positive and move in a progressive, constructive manner or we can allow ourselves to be overwhelmed and feeiling negative.
How we move and change is up to us, the choice is entirely ours.
